Formulated with 77% Houttuynia Cordata Extract that helps soothe sensitive skin and protect skin from external irritations, while also maintaining skin's oil-moisture balance. This lightweight toner is made without any irritating substances, so skin feels clarified, skin tone appears even, and feels hydrated regardless of skin type.
