1. Domestic Shipping Costs (Australia)
We offer both standard and express shipping at flat rates. Please see the details below:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 flat rate for orders under $45 or free for orders above $45.
- Express Shipping: $10.00 flat rate if your order is under $99 or free if your order is above $99.
2. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframe
- Same-Day Dispatch: Most of the orders placed by 1:00 PM AEST on business days will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
- Standard Delivery: It usually takes 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays.
- Express Delivery: it usually takes 1-2 days from the date of dispatch.
3. Promotions and Exceptions
- Occasionally, we run promotions offering free shipping on eligible orders. Please review the terms and conditions of these promotions to ensure your order qualifies.

- International Shipping : We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- Our warehouse is located in Melbourne. All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
- Delivery times may vary due to sale periods, public holidays, or extreme weather events.
- We recommend providing a shipping address where someone is available during business hours. If no one is present, the parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point.
7 . Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any inconvenience. We are not liable for incorrect addresses.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, a return and redelivery fee of $20 will apply.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
8 . Authority to Leave
- You may authorise delivery by signature by contacting support@kosmetics.com.au before you place your order; otherwise, the order will be shipped as 'authority to leave' by default.
- Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if the status shows "delivered" from the courier.
