Directions
1- As the last step of your morning skincare (after moisturiser), apply an even, generous layer over the face and neck — about two finger-lengths for the face is the usual guide for getting the labelled SPF.
2- Apply 15–20 minutes before sun exposure and let it settle.
Reapply at least every 2 hours, and more often after sweating, swimming or towel-drying.
3- Use sunscreen alongside other sun-safe measures (shade, hats, protective clothing) — no sunscreen blocks 100% of UV.

It has a hydrating, moisturising finish with hyaluronic acid, panthenol and glycerin, so some people with normal or combination skin find it hydrating enough on its own. If your skin is very dry, we'd still apply a moisturiser first and use this as your final SPF step.
