Directions
1- After cleansing, take one pad and use the embossed, textured side to gently sweep across the face, avoiding the eye area.
2- Flip to the soft side and press it over the skin to apply the soothing essence.
3- Let it absorb, then continue with your serum and moisturiser.
4- Use in the evening to start, two to three times a week, and build up as your skin allows.
5- Always wear sunscreen the next morning, as exfoliating can make skin more sun-sensitive. You can also lay a pad over dry or congested areas as a quick mini-treatment.
